Civic Hall provides accessible, modern, well-connected, and high-quality classroom, conference, and counseling spaces for our educational and organizational partners, as well as hot desks for our entrepreneurs, freelancers and consultants on an annual or flexible basis.
Educational members also have access to a range of capacity-building amenities like employer connections, marketing/outreach support, collective fundraising opportunities, wraparound supports for students, and the option to assist students in banking college credit for completed courses as well as stacking their programs into other course offerings at the campus.

All memberships will enjoy fast, secure Wi-Fi, access to a wellness room, as well as pantry use for food prep and storage. We provide free coffee, tea, and water, and cleaning staff for common areas.

Educational Members

Civic Hall’s educational members have special access to a range of capacity-building amenities, like employer connections, marketing/outreach support, collective fundraising opportunities, wraparound supports for students, and the option to assist students in gaining college credit for completed courses as well as stacking their programs into other course offerings at the campus.
All educational members detail their course information, including title, topics covered, dates, times, target population, if any (e.g. women, military veterans, etc.), and course’s eligibility for college credit and/or additional certifications. Our team works with providers to connect various programs together to allow for seamless upskilling opportunities across Civic Hall. This ensures that all our in-house programs operate symbiotically.
In addition to meeting classroom needs, educational members receive additional conveniences, including card reader access for students and instructors, in-classroom storage for instructional staff, discount pricing on additional classroom and conference room rental hours, exclusive pricing for The Civic Hall Event Center, unlimited use of onsite printing and office support services, as well as hot desk/hoteling access for instructors and key course staff during the time of the rental.
All memberships will enjoy fast, secure Wi-Fi; onsite IT/AV support for setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting; and cleaning staff for common areas.
The prices below are meant to be illustrative, but we welcome conversations with each tech training provider based on the organization’s specific needs. Rates may vary based on seasonal, weekday, weekend, and holiday scheduling. All event services, including catering, AV/IT support, staging/lighting, event planning, staffing, custodial services, and rental taxes, will incur additional fees. Supplementary services available based on client requests.

Become a Sponsor

The “Employers Circle” at Civic Hall is our signature sponsorship initiative which enables corporate and private sector partners to recruit from and partner with providers in the space through customized concierge support. In addition to facilitating effective matches between programs and talent needs, we measure and report the impact of sponsorships to demonstrate the value of your support. To join the “Employers Circle,” annual contributions begin at $20,000, and scale from there to include event sponsorships, naming rights, and special press and social media promotions.
Our objective is to celebrate your contributions through public announcements, events, and appreciation efforts. We ensure that sponsors receive proper recognition and acknowledgment through both physical and digital marketing.
