Each experiential workshop is unique. Participants will be guided through a series of movements that stimulate your brain and nervous system by focusing on a series of gentle movements done in a comfortable position (usually lying down). As you become aware of your movement, it naturally improves: unnecessary tension is released, breathing becomes easier, and overall state becomes more balanced.
Many people find that benefits of Feldenkrais method extend beyond what takes place in a single workshop. Newly discovered ease and freedom of movement naturally integrates into how they feel on a daily basis without requiring effort to maintain.
