Join us at Civic Hall for a Lunch & Learn with NextDayBetter on May 29th from 1pm – 2pm. During this event they will discuss their business pivot and lessons learned during the pandemic anchored “COVID COMPASSION.”
Attendees will also learn about how they’re Designing Stories for Impact During The Coronavirus. NextDayBetter partnered with AARP to design stories that reveal inequities that the Asian American communities face. Their storytelling imagines a Post-Covid 19 world where mental health, food insecurity, elder care, and more is addressed.
Lastly, this event will explore the tate of the US census and how NextDayBetter is collaborating on a storytelling campaign with the National LGBT Taskforce, SEIU, Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, Arab American Institute, The ARC, and organizations across the country.
So, reserve your spot, bring your questions, and get ready for an illuminating community discussion – we hope to see you there!
NextDayBetter is a new type of media and storytelling platform for diaspora communities. Through storytelling and community activation, we tell the untold stories of migrant communities across the globe and call them to action to solve today’s greatest challenges.
