What you need to know about Bitcoin & Blockchain

Want to actually know what you’re talking about when it comes to Blockchain & Bitcoin?

Join us at Civic Hall for a 1.5 hr comprehensive classroom-style seminar for people with basic and intermediate knowledge of Blockchain/Bitcoin. We will go into both the technical aspects of how it works and the practical aspects of how to use it, including:
1) Blockchain: What it is, Applications, types (public vs private), “nodes”, cryptographic “Hashes” (SHA256) and smart contracts.
2) Bitcoin: What it is, How it works, Where & How to buy/sell (with examples from Coinbase), Crypto Wallets, Mining, Rewards, Pools, ICO’s, Altcoins, Forks (like Bitcoin Cash-BCC) and Public/Private keys.
3) Some of the key Shortcomings and Risks of both.
