Across Generations: Celebrating South Asian Community & Wellbeing in NYC
Threads of Us is a pilot community initiative exploring intergenerational wellbeing and storytelling among South Asians in New York City -- and we'd love for you to be part of it.
Please join us for an afternoon of workshops, art, food, and genuine connection. Whether you come with a memory to share, a story to leave behind, or simply curiosity, there's a place for you here.
At this event, you can:
- Learn about Threads of Us and our community initiative around multigenerational wellbeing & storytelling
- Pick up a vintage telephone and record a story for our digital community archive
- Pose for a portrait in an outfit or with an accessory that feels authentic to you
- Add your mark to a shared canvas built by everyone in the room
This is a space to share, connect, and help shape what intergenerational wellbeing looks like for South Asian communities in NYC.
Free to attend. All are welcome.
Address shared upon registration.
